Our CEO, Nick Sinagra, crafted our pay-per-minute offer as a solution to some common grievances associated with tech support. While our experts work to address the technological issue, our clients are only responsible for paying the time that the tech support truly takes to complete. The worry of overspending on a service to cover time that wasn’t actually utilized during your service is completely dissolved with Able IT Pros because you’ll only pay for the exact amount of time you use our tech support.

Generally speaking, when you pay for a tech support service you pay a flat fee for a certain amount of time (ex. $40 for 30 minutes, $70 for 60 minutes, etc.). Beyond the upsetting nature of paying for more time than is actually needed, many tech companies have long wait times, technicians that are not knowledgeable about their configuration or business, and aggressive upselling practices. Instead of feeling confident in your tech support selection, these experiences leave you wishing you had made a different choice. 

We believe it’s unfair to ask you to pay for what you didn’t use or be subjected to upselling techniques for more services than required. Our priority lies in resolving your needs, not in profits. Our services are $1.39 per minute for remote tech support and $1.79 per minute for on-site tech support. As we’ve mentioned before, we will only charge for the exact time that is spent providing the tech support. This means that if you use us for 20 minutes, you pay for 20 minutes (ex. 20 minutes for remote tech support: ($1.39)x(20min)= $27.80). 

We offer a special 10% discount for prepayment purchases of 600 minutes (10 hours) in advance. While this discount is only available to those who choose to prepay, per the terms mentioned before, prepayment is never a requirement for receiving our tech support services.
